Jack Bauer was a trooper. He was such a trooper that a popular TV character was named after him, and subsequently said character rose to fame.
Well, sadly, today Jack suffered from unexpected kidney failure and lost his life.
For those who knew Jack, he was a fine gentleman, loving, always a pleasure to be around. He also loved to take naps in awkward positions, as seen in the photograph here. He will be missed.
